Also, I'm making new sections for those projects. This thread will still act as the main hub for them, however.

Ok, cool.

If you give me details of the bodies, I can work out orbits and the such.

We already know the mass of Algol, so I only need to know the average distance between the barycentre and each of the planets.

For the stars (Algol/Beta Persei A, B and C) you can use the actual data (you can probably find that on Wikipedia).


For the planets, you can basically make much of it up.


There are mini-discussions scattered throughout the forum that may or may not be able to help you. (Eg. Somewhere we calculated how long Novusvitan year would be and somewhere else we discussed its makeup, size and mass.)


Also, be sure to check the Wiki - it should give you info on the planets, I think. Feel free to ask me planet/body-specific questions.

Also, if you must re-calculate the Novusvitan year, it takes 243 Novusvitan days for Novusvita and Algol A and B (with the smaller of the two closest to Novusvita) to align and 27 Novusvitan days for Novusvita's 2 moons to align.

So, what can I do? I'm completely useless with anything that requires being smart, but I'm sure there's other things.

Okay. In that case, I guess you could help me bring a few onld threads back to life - especially those whose OP's I still need to finish.

If someone gives me a creature, i can give it a describtion I could also write about the fromation of the Iga empire. Like it's oringins and how it started and it's goals etc.

Hmmmm... Think you could help me write up the history of Novusvita? That is, a sort of legendarium-ish thing telling the story of the Xen'vi. It my spoil sections of the story for you, though.
